If You Cancel:
Up to 30 days prior to the wedding date, the deposit is refundable, less a $100 processing fee.
30 days to 15 days prior to the wedding date, the balance due is refundable, however the deposit is nonrefundable.
* 15 days to the wedding date, all sales are final.
Out of respect for others enjoying Maui’s
beaches, “A Happy Maui Wedding LLC” does not
offer chair service on any Maui beach. In
addition, “A Happy Maui Wedding LLC”,
ACCEPTS ONLY BEACH CEREMONY BOOKINGS,
WITH CEREMONY PARTY SIZES OF NO MORE THAN 20
PEOPLE, INCLUDING THE BRIDE AND GROOM. A Happy
Maui Wedding LLC reserves the right to cancel
any ceremony, on the spot, without notice, if a
ceremony party of more than 20 people show up at
a scheduled, “A Happy Maui Wedding LLC”, beach
ceremony location. Team work is extremely
important to the level of quality, for each and
every, wedding, wedding vow renewal and event
service, provided by, “A Happy Maui Wedding
LLC”. “A Happy Maui Wedding LLC”, cannot
be held accountable for the quality of an event.
if outside vendors, (example = photographers,
videographers, musicians, etc.), are added to an
event, without our knowledge and/or written
approval. Therefore, in the interest of
maintaining a high level of event quality, “A
Happy Maui Wedding LLC” does not allow any of
our wedding, wedding vow renewal, and proposal
packages, to be purchased and added to other
outside services and items offered from outside
vendors, (including, but not limited to,
photographers, videographers, musicians, etc.),
for the purpose of creating a piecemeal wedding,
piecemeal wedding vow renewal, or any other type
of piecemeal event. Piecemeal events are
substandard, uncoordinated, usually low quality
level events, from which A Happy Maui Wedding
LLC has purposefully been excluded, in the
interest of promoting a high level of event
quality. A Happy Maui Wedding LLC must and does,
reserve the right to cancel any event, at any
time, at the full discretion of the managing
member. If the above rules are violated and a
ceremony is canceled on the scheduled day, no refund
will be issued to the customer. After
completing more than several thousand ceremonies
on Maui, A Happy Maui Wedding LLC has never had
to cancel an event, on the scheduled day.
However, there was one ceremony that should have
been cancelled on the spot. Therefore, “A
Happy Maui Wedding LLC”, must retain this
reserved right to cancel. Causes for
cancellation include, but are not limited to,
outside vendors being brought to perform
services at any, “A Happy Maui Wedding LLC”
scheduled ceremony location and/or an over 20
person wedding party showing up at any
scheduled, “A Happy Maui Wedding LLC”, BEACH
ceremony location. My submission of this booking
form, confirms that I have fully read, I fully
understand, I fully agree to and I will fully
abide by, the policies and cancellation policies
of , “A Happy Maui Wedding LLC”.
